4. Data Storage

The criteria that PROSEGUR uses to set the retention periods for your data have been determined in accordance with the requirements established in the applicable legislation, regulations, and normative guidelines, as well as PROSEGUR's operational requirements related to the correct management of the relationship with its employees.

In general, personal data will be processed for the duration of the employment contract and, once it is terminated, will be retained for the statute of limitations of the obligations that may arise from the employment relationship and / or data processing.

When the employee has transferred his image and/or intellectual property rights, his personal data will be kept for the entire duration of the referred transfer and, once this has ended, for the periods of limitation of the obligations that may derive from the processing of his data.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is an ongoing procedural procedure in relation to an employee, your data may be retained for the additional time necessary until a final judicial decision is obtained.

Employees are informed that all data that PROSEGUR requests or may request from them are necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy and failure to provide them would make it impossible to properly manage the employment relationship.
