2. Purpose and legitimation
The data collected and/or transmitted through the Intranet are intended for the following purposes:
- Facilitate the location and contact between Prosegur Group employees around the world through the directory, organization charts, etc.
- Inform employees about, among others, initiatives, news, articles, news, events, and activities of the Prosegur Group companies.
- Send communiqués and other relevant information to all employees of Prosegur Group companies.
- Provide access to policies, standards, protocols, guidelines, know-how, documents, and internal materials applicable to the development of the employment relationship.

- Promote integration among employees.
- Facilitate access to mailboxes for queries, suggestions, and complaints.
PROSEGUR will only request and process the data necessary for the purposes detailed.
The following is a description of the bases that legitimize the processing of personal data, according to the different purposes:
2.1. Legitimacy for the execution of the labor or service contract between you and any of the companies of the Prosegur Group:
- Enable access to and use of corporate platforms and resources.
- Perform administrative tasks enabled on the Intranet.
- Access information necessary for the labor relationship and for the development of the functions entrusted to employees.
- Manage the sending and receiving of alerts and notifications related to their work position.
- Enable contact between employees for the development of work functions.
- Make inquiries or send suggestions
2.2. Legitimation by consent:
- Publication of photos and/or videos on the Intranet.
- Holding of events, contests, and promotions for employees
2.3. Legitimation by legitimate interests of PROSEGUR:
- Facilitate contact and integration among employees to improve the work environment and promote well-being in the company.
- Facilitate access to information and content relevant to employees.
- Carry out communications related to benefits, advantages and/or promotional discounts aimed at Prosegur Group employees.
3. Third parties to whom your data may be disclosed
The personal data you provide to PROSEGUR may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:
- Entities belonging to the PROSEGUR Group, including outside the European Economic Area.
- PROSEGUR's service providers
Please be advised that this may involve the communication of data outside the European Union. In such cases, the entity requires that these companies comply with the measures designed to protect personal data established in a binding contract, except in cases where the European Commission has determined that the country where the recipient is located provides an adequate level of protection of personal data. 4. Data Storage
The criteria that PROSEGUR uses to set the retention periods for your data have been determined in accordance with the requirements established in the applicable legislation, regulations, and normative guidelines, as well as PROSEGUR's operational requirements related to the correct management of the relationship with its employees.
In general, personal data will be processed for the duration of the employment contract and, once it is terminated, will be retained for the statute of limitations of the obligations that may arise from the employment relationship and / or data processing.
When the employee has transferred his image and/or intellectual property rights, his personal data will be kept for the entire duration of the referred transfer and, once this has ended, for the periods of limitation of the obligations that may derive from the processing of his data.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is an ongoing procedural procedure in relation to an employee, your data may be retained for the additional time necessary until a final judicial decision is obtained.
5. Data protection rights
Employees are informed that all data that PROSEGUR requests or may request from them are necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy and failure to provide them would make it impossible to properly manage the employment relationship.
Employees may contact PROSEGUR at any time, and may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, opposition, as well as the right to data portability and not to be subject to automated decisions, by means of a request addressed to Pajaritos Street, 24, 28007, Madrid (Spain), or to the following e-mail address: oficina.privacidad@prosegur.com. Likewise, employees are informed that they may revoke the consents granted when they wish to do so, through the address or e-mail indicated above.
